ONLINE REGISTRATIONS for the IVO 2012 Congress now CLOSED.

Conference Registration

Registration can now be completed by filling out THIS FORM.

Please complete this form and bring with you to the Sydney Masonic Centre. Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the Conference Secretariat (ground floor foyer area) where you registration can be processed.

Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered congress rate you are required to pay within 7 days of registering, please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

Early Bird Registration

To receive the Early Bird rate you must register and pay by Wednesday 30 November 2011.

Single Day Registration

It is a condition of the single day registration that entry is permitted for that day only. If you are attending more than one day, the registration is no longer valid and a full registration must be purchased.

The deadline for all registrations is Thursday 15 March 2012.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee.

Cancellations and Amendments

Payment
Early Bird registration - all registrations and payments must be received prior to Wednesday 30 November 2011. If payment is not received by this date the registration will automatically be updated to a standard registration.

Standard registration - all payments for Standard registrations must be received by Thursday 15 March 2012. If payment is received after this date a AU$50 late fee will be incurred.

Debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as "International Congresss & Events (ICE) P/L".

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration and/or social function cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to International Conference & Events (ICE) P/L.

Cancellations received up to and including Friday 2 March 2012 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Saturday 3 March 2012 and Wednesday 14 March 2012 will receive a 50 per cent refund (minimum of $150). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Thursday 15 March 2012. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Thursday 15 March 2012 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made after Thursday 15 March 2012 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.

ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others.

All registrations received by International Conference & Events (ICE) P/L will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conference & Events (ICE) P/L.

Accommodation
Payment for accommodation is made upon check in or check out of your selected hotel. However, credit card details are required to act as a guarantee on the booking and may be subject to cancellation fees as per the individual hotel policies.

The IVO and International Conference & Events (ICE) P/L accept no liability for delegates' incidental accommodation and expenses incurred.

Insurance
The IVO Congress 2012 fees do not include insurance; it is strongly recommended that delegates obtain their own general travel insurance to cover loss of deposit, airfares, accommodation, medical expenses, and personal property and repatriation expenses.
